Hay Buis 2019

In 2015, the co-founder of the project “Future”, Irina Chibukhchyan, the artist-designer, and director-animator Anna Qolozyan and the author of family creative projects ( "Seeds of pomegranate", "Ayb Ben Gim", etc.), the educational psychologist Gayane Aghayan decided and implemented the first herb festival in Armenia.
It was a unique event that occupied its special place among the Armenian popular annual festivals. HayBuis is a multifaceted festival with various master classes and lectures on the fields where the plants are used: architecture, handicraft, light industry, medicine, education, music, art and etc.
This year, traditionally HayBuis festival was held in Yenokavan's Apaga resort and Hey Armenia's cars headed to Yenokavan at 8:30 in the morning from the Republic Square of Yerevan. As always the festival was colorful and bright and the beautiful mesmerizing scenery of Yenokavan also had a big deal in overall joy and happiness. Artisans from different parts of Armenia were in Yenokavan to present their hand-made crafts: hand-made chocolate, herbal jewelry, flower crowns and of course an opportunity to fly with the zip-line of Yell Extreme park. Unfortunately because of the rain Yenokavan style Polo game was missed by us however we were lucky to participate in the making of Brduch of peace - the longest lavash, cheese and greenery roll plus beautiful dance and music shows.
