"American virtuoso guitarist Al Di Meola will perform in Armenia. The musician will present a unique concert program on November 10 at K. Demirchyan Concert Complex. Al Di Meola's concert in Yerevan will take place within the framework of the Silk Note Festival, a joint initiative of the "My Step" charitable Foundation and the "International Association for the Development of Cultural Tourism". "The true hero of the guitar Al Di Meola has been recognized as a virtuoso in the international arena for the last four decades. Being a prolific songwriter and having a tremendous talent, Di Meola has released more than 20 albums, collaborating with fusion style band Return To Forever (with Nick Korea, Stanley Clarke and Lenny White) on ten or more of them, acoustic guitar with virtuosos John McLaughlin and Paco de Lucia, as well as with Rite of Strings bass guitarist Clark and violinist Jean-Luc Ponti.
